BiSHA has received the following IISHF Communication Letter 03-2007:

On the IISHF Referee Course last March in Kaarst we were advised by British people that all the numbers in the IISHF Documents are not written in a correct way and must be modified (e.g. 1.000,00 should read 1,000.00). PLEASE HAVE CONTROL AND MAKE SURE THAT THE TEAMS HOLD THE DEADLINES TO AVOID FIXED FINES.

4. Men European Cup 2009 in Rossemaison

With IISHF Communication we published the Event Calendar 2008 - 2010 including the information that for the date 04-06.09.2009 the Men European Cup 2009 is scheduled in Rossemaison (Switzerland). This was also already communicated in Lisbon (AGM).

According to our agreements all European Cups should take place within the first six months of each calendar year. The Host informed us that the rented sport court can not be got before beginning of September because it is used by the professional ice hockey club (HC Fribourg) for summer training. We kindly ask all NGBs for their approval to the before mentioned date and will assume the approval if a NGB will not contradict to the date within 4 weeks of today.

5. IISHF Rules Bulletin 01-2007

We refer to our round e-mail of 05.04.2007 in which we stated that the rule 7.14.8 has to be modified and asked all NGBs for their approval. We hereby attach the IISHF Rules Bulletin 01-2007 in which we explain in detail the relevant modification.

This modification will be valid with immediate effect. According to the legal situation the official change in the Rules Of The Games shall be done on the next IISHF General Meeting. We only implement this modification in each Tournament Rules of all Title Events 2007. Please accordingly inform all your teams.

We are really looking forward to the coming titled events 2007 and wish you and your teams all the best for the season 2007.

In case of any question do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
