NEWSBiSHA Board Nominations & AGMDate Posted : 8th October 2006The British Inline Skater Hockey Association Limited (BiSHA Limited) Annual General Meeting will be held in December, date and venue to be confirmed. Nominations are required for the following vacant Board positions:
All nominations shall be received by 31st October 2006 and addressed to:
BiSHA Limited Memorandum and Articles paragraph 7.5 details requirements for nominations: 7.5 Nominations for the Board of Directors duly proposed and seconded by current Voting Members must be received in writing by the General Secretary by 31 October for the subsequent AGM. Nominations for positions on the Board of Directors must be supported by 5 voting members and 3 current Directors.
