	NEWS Appointment of new IISHF Vice President Date Posted : 24th January 2006 IISHF STATEMENT: With immediate effect the IISHF Presidium has appointed an interim Mr. Erik Sommer (Denmark) as new IISHF Vice President. The IISHF Presidium is glad that Mr. Sommer joined the IISHF Presidium and is very pleased to future co-operation. The IISHF Presidium would like to reform the position of IISHF Tournament Director and to implement and elaborate a new structure and internal organisation. The IISHF Presidium thinks that this important task should be split in several subtasks (e.g. events, referees, courses, ITCs, administration, public relations etc.) and shared by several persons. The IISHF Presidium would like to integrate several persons from several countries into this task and is looking forward to discuss this important matter at the AGM in Rome.
